Return Policies
We understand that sometimes a part doesn’t fit or your project plans change. Under certain conditions- with PRIOR APPROVAL in the form of an RA, we may accept returns from your order up to 14 days from delivery date. There are some exceptions, as we do not accept returns on special order products, electrical components/items, or any item that does not meet the “Accepted Conditions” below.
Accepted Conditions

Unused & Unopened: Parts must be in their original undamaged packaging, untouched, and in resalable condition.
No extra labels, writing or soiling of original packaging should be present. - All Tags & Seals Intact: If it came with a warranty sticker or seal, make sure it’s still there.
- No Special Orders: Special‑ordered items can’t be returned.
Restocking Fees and Refunds:
- Refunds: Once we receive your return with a valid RA# and inspect it, we'll process your refund to the original payment method with 5 business days.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL returned items- shipping charges are not refundable.
Return Shipping
- Your Choice: You handle shipping back to us, so pick the carrier you trust. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. Contact us by email for an RA# and be sure to provide it on the LABEL as well as in the packaging.
- Need Help? If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we’ll send you a prepaid label, just email us for assistance.
